Ashley - Dental Hygienist
Ashley is a licensed dental hygienist with a dental assisting background. She has been in the dental field for more than eight years. Prior to joining Tulip Tree Dental Care, she worked for three years in a pediatric dental office. She especially loves working with kids and making them feel comfortable. Ashley is very bubbly, outgoing, and loves talking, so you will always find her smiling and laughing!
Cheryl - Expanded Functions Dental Assistant/Hygienist
Cheryl is a licensed dental hygienist and an expanded functions dental assistant with more than 15 years of experience in the field of dentistry.
She keeps up with the most current dental practices to provide highly professional, personalized care for every patient. Cheryl believes that each patient has their own unique dental care needs and treats each individual as a new opportunity for a positive experience.
A Maryland native, Cheryl moved to Indiana shortly after she completed her time serving in the U.S. Army. She believes that the discipline and training she learned in the army has instilled in her an unwavering work ethic and a drive to always put forth her best effort to care for others.
In her spare time, Cheryl and her husband like to keep busy with their son, spend time with friends, or lace up their running shoes to put some miles on the pavement.
Brittny - Office Manager and Insurance Expert
Brittny is our office coordinator and insurance expert. She has been working in the dental field for more than ten years. Brittny especially enjoys helping patients with their dental needs and making them feel comfortable.
Outside the office, Brittny loves spending time with her husband and their dogs. Brittny’s hobbies include watching sports, camping, and relaxing in the sun.
Kristie - Dental Hygienist
Kristie is one of our talented dental hygienists at Tulip Tree Dental Care. She has been working in the dental field since 2007 and joined our team in 2014. In addition to her work here, Kristie works as a part-time faculty member at Ivy Tech Community College in the Dental Hygiene and Assisting Program.
She has a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene and loves to learn about new techniques and technology. Kristie enjoys helping her patients have a healthy mouth by educating them about their oral health.
When she’s not helping patients feel comfortable, Kristie enjoys kayaking, running, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
Kelsie - Expanded Functions Dental Assistant/Hygienist
Kelsie joined our team in 2018 and she has been working in the dental field since 2014. She stays up-to-date on the latest in dental care by completing continuing education courses about a variety of topics. The best part of her job is the variety that each day and each patient brings. She loves being able to enhance a person’s smile and make a positive impact on their lives.
In her free time, Kelsie enjoys hanging out with friends and family. She likes to go camping, go to the movies, watch Netflix, and be crafty with her Cricut.
Sue - Business Assistant
Sue first worked in dentistry in 1978 before joining our team at Tulip Tree Dental Care in 2019. She enjoys spending time her coworkers and getting to work with our patients to make their dental experiences here the best they have ever had.
In her spare time, she likes being with her husband, doing activities like riding bicycles and singing in a band with him. Plus, she enjoys working in her garden and spending time with her family.
Angelica - Business Assistant
Angelica joined our team in 2019 and has been in the dental field since 2009, starting as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. The front of the office is where she enjoys helping patients focus on timely care for their dental needs, understanding the logistics of dental treatment, maximizing insurance benefits on behalf of patients and discussing financial options to decrease the patient’s out of pocket expenses. She believes the dental office should not be a place to fear and strives to be as helpful as possible, going above and beyond for the patient and their needs.
Outside of the office, Angelica loves being a “dog mom” to her Yorkie, Ripley, coaching youth soccer, jamming out to music at concerts, traveling, summers out on the lake, spending time with friends and family, as well as being a sushi connoisseur.
